The hot water extraction method is designed to wash away dirt, pollen, dust mites from your carpets along with normal household spills such as sodas, food, pet urine, feces, blood, etc… Our technicians are trained to provide the highest quality of service in performing this method properly. With our double rinse motion, carpets are left damp and clean, with absolutely NO residue attracting products left behind.
Our steps and procedure:
- Initial Inspection with customer upon arrival
- Measure areas to be cleaned and establish pricing
- Pre-spot stains
- Apply CRI approved Pre-Spray to loosen dirt and soils
- Rinse and extract carpets using Truck Mounted extraction system (Portable extraction system used in high rise buildings)
- Re-apply stain removal in stubborn areas (repeat rinse and extract)
- Groom carpets for faster drying time and appearance
- Final walk-through with customer for satisfaction approval

We will move small items of furniture so long as glass and breakables are put away prior to our arrival
Personnel belongings, clothes, papers, books etc..are required to be removed off the floor prior to our arrival
