I am in love with my Persian rugs, so you can imagine how upset I was to see an orange stain on my new, cream Persian rug. And only a week later four more orange spots appeared (not a good color choice with kids and a dog). I tried to get them out myself with no luck. I started searching the yellow pages and chose George Ayoub Carpet Care because it was a family owned business. One of the owners, Jimmy, returned my call and I explained my problem. He said we would come pick up the rug and that he and his father would work on the stains and do the best they could to remove them. We were both a little worried about the stains being orange. I got my rug back ten days later and it was worth the wait! Most of the stains were gone completely, with a few very small stubborn spots that are barely noticeable. I was so relieved and pleased with the care and the work they did to save my rug. I am very grateful to Jimmy and his father. A rug is an investment that you hope to keep a very long time, and I love my rug again.
